“My son went to Serendipity pre-school and I can't say enough positive things!  Mrs. Scott creates an environment where the children feel safe, loved and supported.  This school is truly unique in that your children get a small teaching environment, kindergarten curriculum and a large outside area to study wildlife and nature.

My son always came home happy and excited to tell me about his day; he said, "I wish I could go to school there forever!"  He has made great new friends and has learned so much.  He started off not having many basic writing, reading or arithmetic skills.  He is now able to read and write basic words, do simple math, count to 1000, count in multiples of 5's and 10's, identify and count coins and so much more!  They also completed two major projects they worked on throughout the year; each child chose their topic and presented it to the class and parents.  My son did one project on the Plesiosaurus Ocean Dinosaur and the other on the Snow Leopard.  They did research, wrote down facts, created a habitat and even made a three dimensional representation of their animals!  They also got to go on cool field trips like to Sweet Berry Farms, her personal farm to study the animals and the Waco zoo!

If you want your children to thrive in an intimate learning environment, develop speaking and listening skills, foster social interactions, and build confidence in their own abilities, then I highly recommend Serendipity!  The best part of it all is they are having so much fun, they don't even know they are learning!  I'm very grateful my son got to experience Serendipity!  Thank you Mrs. Scott!” Rachel - mom of student
